SilverLeaf Lane Solutions operates the SL Solutions Structured Living Program — private rooms in supportive shared homes for veterans transitioning to civilian life, domestic violence survivors rebuilding, and low-income seniors. We serve Port Charlotte and the surrounding SW Florida region. When you refer someone to us, you're not filling a bed. You're opening a door.
Those who served deserve more than a couch or a shelter cot. We provide a real room, real neighbors, and a stable base to rebuild civilian life — whether that's job training, VA benefits navigation, or just a quiet place to decompress.
Leaving an abusive situation often means leaving everything. We offer a safe, supportive environment where survivors can stabilize, access community resources, and regain independence at their own pace — without judgment.
Fixed income shouldn't mean unsafe housing. Our shared-home model keeps costs within Social Security and SSI ranges while ensuring seniors have private rooms, shared common areas, and the company of a genuine community.
Quick scan for case managers and POs. If they check these boxes, we want to talk.
No age cap on the upper end. We serve seniors actively.
Can share common areas (kitchen, living room) with housemates. Private rooms are their own space.
We're not a detox or crisis stabilization unit. Residents need to be ready for a structured home environment.
Room rates are designed to be affordable on SSI, Social Security, VA benefits, or low-wage income. No one is turned away for lack of funds — talk to us.
Government-issued photo ID preferred. We can work with you if documents are pending — just let us know upfront.
Edge cases happen. If your client doesn't fit neatly but needs housing, pick up the phone. We'll tell you straight.
Use the referral form below or call us directly. Either way, give us the basics: who they are, their population, urgency level, and a brief situation summary.
We review every referral fast. We'll contact you — the referring partner — to confirm fit, ask follow-up questions, and confirm bed availability before anything moves forward.
We coordinate directly with the prospective resident (and with you, if needed) to complete intake paperwork, set a move-in date, and get them through the door.
All fields required. Submissions go directly to our intake coordinator.
Case managers, probation officers, social workers, advocates — don't wait for a form response on urgent placements. Pick up the phone.
We serve Charlotte, Sarasota, DeSoto, Lee, Manatee, and Collier counties.
